Art. 45 LJ · Prononcé présidentiel

1. En procédure civile et administrative et en dérogation à l'article 44, le président ou la présidente de la cour statue comme juge unique

a) sur la radiation du rôle des procédures devenues sans objet ou achevées par un retrait du recours;

b) sur les recours manifestement irrecevables;

c) dans les autres domaines que la loi place dans sa compétence.

2. Il ou elle peut confier cette tâche à un ou une autre juge.

3. L'arrêt est motivé sommairement.
