Art. 67 DZV · Voraussetzungen und Auflagen
Die Anforderungen der Artikel 3, 6–16 h und 39–39 h der Bio-Verordnung vom 22. September 1997 müssen erfüllt sein.
Bewirtschafter und Bewirtschafterinnen, die die biologische Landwirtschaft aufgeben, sind erst wieder zwei Jahre nach der Aufgabe für den Beitrag für die biologische Landwirtschaft beitragsberechtigt.
