Art. 73 LwG · Biodiversitätsbeiträge
Zur Förderung und Erhaltung der Biodiversität werden Biodiversitätsbeiträge ausgerichtet. Sie werden je Hektare ausgerichtet, abgestuft nach Art und Qualitätsniveau der Biodiversitätsförderfläche und nach Zonen.
Der Bundesrat legt fest, für welche Arten und für welches Qualitätsniveau von Biodiversitätsförderflächen Beiträge ausgerichtet werden.
