Art. 3 WEG · Verhältnis zur Raumplanung und zum Umweltschutz

Der Bund fördert die Erschliessung von Bauland nach Massgabe der Raumplanung und des Umweltschutzes. Er trifft nach den folgenden Bestimmungen zusätzliche Massnahmen zur Förderung und Sicherstellung der Erschliessung sowie zur Beschaffung von Land für den Wohnungsbau und kann hierfür besondere Hilfe leisten.
