Art. 6 FamZV · Geschwister und Enkelkinder; überwiegender Unterhalt
Die bezugsberechtigte Person kommt in überwiegendem Mass für den Unterhalt auf, wenn: a. das Kind in ihrem Haushalt lebt und der von dritter Seite für den Unterhalt des Kindes bezahlte Betrag die maximale volle Waisenrente der AHV nicht übersteigt; oder b. sie an den Unterhalt des Kindes, das nicht in ihrem Haushalt lebt, einen Betrag von mindestens der maximalen vollen Waisenrente der AHV zahlt.
