Die Meldungen können elektronisch oder in Papierform erfolgen.
Die meldepflichtigen Personen und Institutionen können den Meldungen Dokumente beilegen, die ausschliesslich Angaben im Zusammenhang mit der Krebserkrankung enthalten.
