Art. 9 VGV · Gebührenpflicht

Hersteller, die leere Getränkeverpackungen aus Glas für die Verwendung im Inland abgeben und Importeure, die solche Verpackungen einführen, müssen für diese einer vom Bundesamt für Umwelt (BAFU) beauftragten Organisation (Organisation) eine vorgezogene Entsorgungsgebühr (Gebühr) entrichten.

Die Gebührenpflicht gilt auch für Importeure, die befüllte Getränkeverpackungen aus Glas einführen.

Keine Gebühr müssen entrichten: a. Hersteller und Importeure, die Getränkeverpackungen mit einem Füllvolumen von weniger als 0,09 l abgeben oder einführen; b. Hersteller und Importeure, die pro Kalenderhalbjahr weniger als 1000 Getränkeverpackungen abgeben oder einführen.
