Art. 11 VGV · Mitteilungspflicht und Fälligkeit

Gebührenpflichtige müssen der Organisation spätestens 30 Tage nach Ablauf eines Kalenderhalbjahres die Anzahl der gebührenbelasteten Getränkeverpackungen mitteilen, die sie während dieses Zeitraumes abgegeben oder eingeführt haben. Sie gliedern die Angaben nach den Vorgaben der Organisation und nach der Gebührenhöhe.

Die Gebühr für die während eines Kalenderhalbjahres abgegebenen oder eingeführten Verpackungen wird jeweils 60 Tage nach dessen Ablauf fällig. Bei verspäteter Zahlung ist ein Verzugszins geschuldet; auf Vorauszahlungen kann die Organisation einen Vergütungszins gewähren.

Überträgt die Organisation die Erhebung der Gebühr dem Bundesamt für Zoll und Grenzsicherheit (BAZG) , so gilt für die Erhebung, die Fälligkeit und die Zinsen sinngemäss die Zollgesetzgebung.
