Art. 10 VGV · Höhe der Gebühr
Die Gebühr pro Getränkeverpackung beträgt mindestens 1 und höchstens 10 Rappen.
Das UVEK legt die Höhe der Gebühr auf Grund der voraussichtlichen Kosten der Tätigkeiten nach Artikel 12 fest. Es hört vorgängig die interessierten Kreise an.
Die Organisation muss die Verbraucher über die Höhe der Gebühr in geeigneter Weise in Kenntnis setzen.
