Art. 23 HMG · Kategorien von Arzneimitteln
Die Arzneimittel werden in Kategorien mit und ohne Verschreibungspflicht eingeteilt.
Es wird eine Kategorie frei verkäuflicher Arzneimittel gebildet, für welche weder medizinisch-pharmazeutische noch fachliche Kundenberatung erforderlich ist. Für diese sind die Artikel 24–27 sowie 30 nicht anwendbar.
Der Bundesrat legt die Einteilungskriterien fest.
