Art. 69a RTVG · Privathaushalte: Abgabepflicht

Für jeden Privathaushalt ist eine Abgabe in gleicher Höhe zu entrichten.

Die Definition des Privathaushalts richtet sich nach der Gesetzgebung über die Registerharmonisierung.

Für die Abgabe eines Haushalts haften jene volljährigen Personen solidarisch: a. für die der Haushalt ihr Hauptwohnsitz ist, analog zur Definition der Niederlassungsgemeinde nach Artikel 3 Buchstabe b des Registerharmonisierungsgesetzes vom 23. Juni 2006 (RHG); oder b. die keinen Hauptwohnsitz in der Schweiz haben und für die der Haushalt ihr Nebenwohnsitz ist, analog zur Definition der Aufenthaltsgemeinde nach Artikel 3 Buchstabe c RHG.

Die Haftung einer Person erstreckt sich auf die Forderungen aus den Abgabeperioden, bei deren Beginn die Person zum entsprechenden Haushalt gehört.

Verlassen innerhalb des Monats alle volljährigen Personen den Haushalt, dem sie zu Beginn des Monats angehört haben, so gilt der Haushalt am letzten Tag dieses Monats als aufgelöst.
