Art. 4 SDR · Internationales Recht

Für die Beförderung gefährlicher Güter auf der Strasse gelten auch im nationalen Verkehr die Bestimmungen des ADR . Die Anlagen A und B des ADR bilden einen integrierenden Bestandteil dieser Verordnung.

Das Bundesamt für Strassen (ASTRA) führt eine Liste der weiteren internationalen Abkommen, denen die Schweiz im Rahmen des ADR beigetreten ist.
