Art. 1 SDR · Gegenstand und Geltungsbereich

Diese Verordnung regelt die Beförderung von gefährlichen Stoffen und Gegenständen (gefährliche Güter) mit Motorfahrzeugen und ihren Anhängern oder anderen Transportmitteln auf den für Motorfahrzeuge geöffneten Strassen.

Diese Verordnung gilt für: a. die Hersteller gefährlicher Güter; b. die Absender und Empfänger gefährlicher Güter; c. Personen, die gefährliche Güter befördern und handhaben; d. Hersteller und Benützer von Verpackungen, Tanks oder Transportmittel zur Beförderung gefährlicher Güter.
