Art. 1 FWG · Gegenstand

Dieses Gesetz: a. legt die Grundsätze fest, die die Kantone und Gemeinden bei der Planung, Anlage und Erhaltung von Fuss- und Wanderwegnetzen beachten müssen; b. regelt die Unterstützung der Kantone und Gemeinden durch den Bund bei der Planung, Anlage und Erhaltung von Fuss- und Wanderwegnetzen und bei der Information der Öffentlichkeit über diese Netze; c. regelt die Aufgaben des Bundes im Bereich Fuss- und Wanderwegnetze.
