Art. 8a RPG · Richtplaninhalt im Bereich Siedlung
Der Richtplan legt im Bereich Siedlung insbesondere fest: a. wie gross die Siedlungsfläche insgesamt sein soll, wie sie im Kanton verteilt sein soll und wie ihre Erweiterung regional abgestimmt wird; b. wie Siedlung und Verkehr aufeinander abgestimmt und eine rationelle sowie flächensparende Erschliessung sichergestellt werden; c. wie eine hochwertige Siedlungsentwicklung nach innen bewirkt wird; d. wie sichergestellt wird, dass die Bauzonen den Anforderungen von Artikel 15 entsprechen; und e. wie die Siedlungserneuerung gestärkt wird.
