Die mit Planungsaufgaben betrauten Behörden unterrichten die Bevölkerung über Ziele und Ablauf der Planungen nach diesem Gesetz.
Sie sorgen dafür, dass die Bevölkerung bei Planungen in geeigneter Weise mitwirken kann.
Die Pläne nach diesem Gesetz sind öffentlich.
