Art. 16b RPG · Benutzungsverbot und Beseitigung
Bauten und Anlagen, die nicht mehr zonenkonform verwendet werden und für die eine Nutzung im Sinne der Artikel 24–24 e nicht zulässig ist, dürfen nicht mehr benutzt werden. Dieses Verbot entfällt, sobald sie wieder zonenkonform genutzt werden können.
Wurde die Bewilligung befristet oder mit einer auflösenden Bedingung erteilt, so sind die Bauten und Anlagen bei Wegfall der Bewilligung zu beseitigen, und der frühere Zustand ist wiederherzustellen.
