Art. 12 RPG · Bereinigung

Kann der Bundesrat Richtpläne oder Teile davon nicht genehmigen, so ordnet er nach Anhören der Beteiligten eine Einigungsverhandlung an.

Für die Dauer der Einigungsverhandlung verfügt er, dass nichts unternommen wird, was ihren Ausgang nachteilig beeinflussen könnte.

Kommt keine Einigung zustande, so entscheidet der Bundesrat, spätestens drei Jahre nachdem er die Einigungsverhandlung angeordnet hat.
