Art. 2 WPEG · Ersatzpflichtige
Ersatzpflichtig sind die Wehrpflichtigen mit Wohnsitz im In- oder Ausland, die im Ersatzjahr, das dem Kalenderjahr entspricht: a. während mehr als sechs Monaten weder in einer Formation der Armee eingeteilt noch der Zivildienstpflicht unterstellt sind; b. ... c. als Dienstpflichtige ihren Militär- oder Zivildienst nicht leisten.
Ersatzpflichtig sind ferner Militär- und Zivildienstleistende, die aus der Dienstpflicht entlassen werden, die Gesamtdienstleistungspflicht jedoch nicht erfüllt haben.
Nicht ersatzpflichtig ist, wer seine Dienstpflicht im Ersatzjahr tatsächlich erfüllt hat, obwohl er nicht während des ganzen Jahres als Dienstpflichtiger eingeteilt war.
