Art. 8 NHG
Eine Kommission kann in wichtigen Fällen von sich aus in jedem Stadium des Verfahrens ihr Gutachten über die Schonung oder ungeschmälerte Erhaltung von Objekten abgeben. Sie tut dies jedoch so früh wie möglich. Auf Verlangen sind ihr alle erforderlichen Unterlagen zur Verfügung zu stellen.
