Art. 2 FiFV · Geltungsbereich

Diese Verordnung gilt für die Filmförderung in der Schweiz.

Für die Vergabe des Schweizer Filmpreises gilt sie, soweit die Verordnung des EDI vom 30. September 2004 über den Schweizer Filmpreis nichts anderes vorsieht.

Für Förderungsinstrumente im Bereich der internationalen Zusammenarbeit gilt sie, soweit die Verordnung des EDI vom 21. April 2016 über die Förderung der internationalen Präsenz des Schweizer Filmschaffens und die MEDIA-Ersatzmassnahmen (IPFiV) nichts anderes vorsieht.
