Art. 2 SpG · Zweck
Mit diesem Gesetz will der Bund: a. die Viersprachigkeit als Wesensmerkmal der Schweiz stärken; b. den inneren Zusammenhalt des Landes festigen; c. die individuelle und die institutionelle Mehrsprachigkeit in den Landessprachen fördern; d. das Rätoromanische und das Italienische als Landessprachen erhalten und fördern.
