Art. 83 IPRG
Für die Unterhaltspflicht zwischen Eltern und Kind gilt das Haager Übereinkommen vom 2. Oktober 1973 über das auf Unterhaltspflichten anzuwendende Recht.
Soweit das Übereinkommen die Ansprüche der Mutter auf Unterhalt und Ersatz der durch die Geburt entstandenen Kosten nicht regelt, gilt es sinngemäss.
