Art. 2 KOV

Für folgende, von den Konkursbeamten zu errichtende Aktenstücke sind einheitliche Formulare zu verwenden: 1. Konkursprotokoll; 2. Inventar; 3. Verzeichnis der Forderungseingaben; 4. Einladung zur Gläubigerversammlung; 5. Kollokationsplan; 6. Abtretung von Rechtsansprüchen der Masse gemäss Artikel 260 SchKG; 7. Steigerungsanzeigen gemäss Artikel 257 SchKG; 8. Kostenrechnung und Verteilungsliste; 9. Anzeige an die Gläubiger und an den Gemeinschuldner über die Auflegung der Verteilungsliste; 10. Verlustschein; 11. Gebühren- und Auslagenrechnung; 12. ... 13. Bekanntmachungen über die Konkurseröffnung, die Auflegung des Kollokationsplanes, den Konkurswiderruf, die Einstellung und den Schluss des Konkursverfahrens.
