Art. 90 ZPO · Klagenhäufung
Die klagende Partei kann mehrere Ansprüche gegen dieselbe Partei in einer Klage vereinen, sofern: a. das gleiche Gericht dafür sachlich zuständig ist; und b. die gleiche Verfahrensart anwendbar ist.
Die Klagenhäufung ist auch zulässig, wenn eine unterschiedliche sachliche Zuständigkeit oder Verfahrensart lediglich auf dem Streitwert beruht. Sind für die einzelnen Ansprüche unterschiedliche Verfahrensarten anwendbar, so werden sie zusammen im ordentlichen Verfahren beurteilt.
