Art. 79 ZPO · Stellung der streitberufenen Person
Die streitberufene Person kann: a. zugunsten der Partei, die ihr den Streit verkündet hat, ohne weitere Voraussetzungen intervenieren; oder b. anstelle der Partei, die ihr den Streit verkündet hat, mit deren Einverständnis den Prozess führen.
Lehnt sie den Eintritt ab oder erklärt sie sich nicht, so wird der Prozess ohne Rücksicht auf sie fortgesetzt.
