Art. 397 ZPO · Fristen
Das Revisionsgesuch ist innert 90 Tagen seit Entdeckung des Revisionsgrundes einzureichen.
Nach Ablauf von zehn Jahren seit Eintritt der Rechtskraft des Schiedsspruches kann die Revision nicht mehr verlangt werden, ausser im Fall von Artikel 396 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b.
