Art. 337 ZPO · Direkte Vollstreckung

Hat bereits das urteilende Gericht konkrete Vollstreckungsmassnahmen angeordnet (Art. 236 Abs. 3), so kann der Entscheid direkt vollstreckt werden.

Die unterlegene Partei kann beim Vollstreckungsgericht um Einstellung der Vollstreckung ersuchen; Artikel 341 gilt sinngemäss.
