Eine vorsorgliche Massnahme kann jede gerichtliche Anordnung sein, die geeignet ist, den drohenden Nachteil abzuwenden, insbesondere: a. ein Verbot; b. eine Anordnung zur Beseitigung eines rechtswidrigen Zustands; c. eine Anweisung an eine Registerbehörde oder eine dritte Person; d. eine Sachleistung; e. die Leistung einer Geldzahlung in den vom Gesetz bestimmten Fällen.
