Art. 950 OR
Handelsgesellschaften und Genossenschaften können unter Wahrung der allgemeinen Grundsätze der Firmenbildung ihre Firma frei wählen. In der Firma muss die Rechtsform angegeben werden.
Der Bundesrat legt fest, welche Abkürzungen der Rechtsformen zulässig sind.
