Art. 69 OR
Der Gläubiger braucht eine Teilzahlung nicht anzunehmen, wenn die gesamte Schuld feststeht und fällig ist.
Will der Gläubiger eine Teilzahlung annehmen, so kann der Schuldner die Zahlung des von ihm anerkannten Teiles der Schuld nicht verweigern.
