Die Aktiengesellschaft ist eine Kapitalgesellschaft, an der eine oder mehrere Personen oder Handelsgesellschaften beteiligt sind. Für ihre Verbindlichkeiten haftet nur das Gesellschaftsvermögen.
Die Aktionäre sind nur zu den statutarischen Leistungen verpflichtet.
Aktionär ist, wer mit mindestens einer Aktie an der Gesellschaft beteiligt ist.
