Art. 331a OR
Der Vorsorgeschutz beginnt mit dem Tag, an dem das Arbeitsverhältnis anfängt, und endet an dem Tag, an welchem der Arbeitnehmer die Vorsorgeeinrichtung verlässt.
Der Arbeitnehmer geniesst jedoch einen Vorsorgeschutz gegen Tod und Invalidität, bis er in ein neues Vorsorgeverhältnis eingetreten ist, längstens aber während eines Monats.
Für den nach Beendigung des Vorsorgeverhältnisses gewährten Vorsorgeschutz kann die Vorsorgeeinrichtung vom Arbeitnehmer Risikobeiträge verlangen.
