Die Kantone können die Veröffentlichung des Erwerbs des Eigentums an Grundstücken vorsehen.
Nicht veröffentlichen dürfen sie die Gegenleistung bei einer Erbteilung, einem Erbvorbezug, einem Ehevertrag oder einer güterrechtlichen Auseinandersetzung.
