Art. 960 ZGB
Verfügungsbeschränkungen können für einzelne Grundstücke vorgemerkt werden: 1. auf Grund einer amtlichen Anordnung zur Sicherung streitiger oder vollziehbarer Ansprüche; 2. auf Grund einer Pfändung; 3. auf Grund eines Rechtsgeschäftes, für das diese Vormerkung im Gesetz vorgesehen ist, wie für die Anwartschaft des Nacherben.
Die Verfügungsbeschränkungen erhalten durch die Vormerkung Wirkung gegenüber jedem später erworbenen Rechte.
