Die Familienstiftungen und die kirchlichen Stiftungen sind unter Vorbehalt des öffentlichen Rechtes der Aufsichtsbehörde nicht unterstellt.
Sie sind von der Pflicht befreit, eine Revisionsstelle zu bezeichnen.
