Art. 70 ZGB

Der Eintritt von Mitgliedern kann jederzeit erfolgen.

Der Austritt ist von Gesetzes wegen zulässig, wenn er mit Beobachtung einer halbjährigen Frist auf das Ende des Kalenderjahres oder, wenn eine Verwaltungsperiode vorgesehen ist, auf deren Ende angesagt wird.

Die Mitgliedschaft ist weder veräusserlich noch vererblich.
