Art. 609 ZGB
Auf Verlangen eines Gläubigers, der den Anspruch eines Erben auf eine angefallene Erbschaft erworben oder gepfändet hat, oder der gegen ihn Verlustscheine besitzt, hat die Behörde an Stelle dieses Erben bei der Teilung mitzuwirken.
Dem kantonalen Recht bleibt es vorbehalten, noch für weitere Fälle eine amtliche Mitwirkung bei der Teilung vorzusehen.
