Art. 607 ZGB
Gesetzliche Erben haben sowohl unter sich als mit eingesetzten Erben nach den gleichen Grundsätzen zu teilen.
Sie können, wo es nicht anders angeordnet ist, die Teilung frei vereinbaren.
Miterben, die sich im Besitze von Erbschaftssachen befinden oder Schuldner des Erblassers sind, haben hierüber bei der Teilung genauen Aufschluss zu geben.
