Art. 595 ZGB
Die amtliche Liquidation wird von der zuständigen Behörde oder in deren Auftrag von einem oder mehreren Erbschaftsverwaltern durchgeführt.
Sie beginnt mit der Aufnahme eines Inventars, womit ein Rechnungsruf verbunden wird.
Der Erbschaftsverwalter steht unter der Aufsicht der Behörde, und die Erben sind befugt, bei dieser gegen die von ihm beabsichtigten oder getroffenen Massregeln Beschwerde zu erheben.
