Art. 488 ZGB
Der Erblasser ist befugt, in seiner Verfügung den eingesetzten Erben als Vorerben zu verpflichten, die Erbschaft einem andern als Nacherben auszuliefern.
Dem Nacherben kann eine solche Pflicht nicht auferlegt werden.
Die gleichen Bestimmungen gelten für das Vermächtnis.
