Art. 449b ZGB
Die am Verfahren beteiligten Personen haben Anspruch auf Akteneinsicht, soweit nicht überwiegende Interessen entgegenstehen.
Wird einer am Verfahren beteiligten Person die Einsichtnahme in ein Aktenstück verweigert, so wird auf dieses nur abgestellt, wenn ihr die Behörde von seinem für die Sache wesentlichen Inhalt mündlich oder schriftlich Kenntnis gegeben hat.
