Art. 449 ZGB
Ist eine psychiatrische Begutachtung unerlässlich und kann diese nicht ambulant durchgeführt werden, so weist die Erwachsenenschutzbehörde die betroffene Person zur Begutachtung in eine geeignete Einrichtung ein.
Die Bestimmungen über das Verfahren bei fürsorgerischer Unterbringung sind sinngemäss anwendbar.
