Art. 25 ZGB
Als Wohnsitz des Kindes unter elterlicher Sorge gilt der Wohnsitz der Eltern oder, wenn die Eltern keinen gemeinsamen Wohnsitz haben, der Wohnsitz des Elternteils, unter dessen Obhut das Kind steht; in den übrigen Fällen gilt sein Aufenthaltsort als Wohnsitz.
Bevormundete Kinder haben ihren Wohnsitz am Sitz der Kindesschutzbehörde.
