Art. 231 ZGB

Für Handlungen, die das Gesamtgut betreffen, ist jeder Ehegatte bei Auflösung des Güterstandes gleich einem Beauftragten verantwortlich.

Die Kosten der Verwaltung werden dem Gesamtgut belastet.
