Art. 199 ZGB
Die Ehegatten können durch Ehevertrag Vermögenswerte der Errungenschaft, die für die Ausübung eines Berufes oder den Betrieb eines Gewerbes bestimmt sind, zu Eigengut erklären.
Überdies können die Ehegatten durch Ehevertrag vereinbaren, dass Erträge aus dem Eigengut nicht in die Errungenschaft fallen.
