Art. 170 ZGB
Jeder Ehegatte kann vom andern Auskunft über dessen Einkommen, Vermögen und Schulden verlangen.
Auf sein Begehren kann das Gericht den andern Ehegatten oder Dritte verpflichten, die erforderlichen Auskünfte zu erteilen und die notwendigen Urkunden vorzulegen.
Vorbehalten bleibt das Berufsgeheimnis der Rechtsanwälte, Notare, Ärzte, Geistlichen und ihrer Hilfspersonen.
