Claimant v. Insurer: Disability Pension Denial Overturned Due to Insufficient CRPS Evaluation
Cited in the reasoning section, but the final order refers to the return of the case for further clarification based on the findings, which implies that the substantive law regarding UVG benefits is still in question, though not explicitly cited in the operative part as the main ground for decision, except for background context. Since the decision focuses on procedural shortcomings (lack of proper medical assessment) leading to the annulment and remand, and the substance (right to benefits) is implicitly affected by the remand, this provision is included as the underlying law of the dispute being remanded.
