§ 8 Pensionskassendekret · Versicherungspflicht
1. Die diesem Dekret unterstehenden Arbeitnehmenden, deren massgebender Jahreslohn 3/4 des Betrags der maximalen Altersrente der AHV überschreitet, sind versicherungspflichtig
a. für die Risiken Tod und Invalidität am 1. Januar nach Vollendung des 17. Altersjahres;
b. für das Alter am 1. Januar nach Vollendung des 24. Altersjahres.
2. Der Verwaltungsrat kann im Reglement aus besonderen Gründen Ausnahmen von der Versicherungspflicht vorsehen.
