§ 4 Pensionskassendekret · Vorsorgekommissionen
1. Für jedes Vorsorgewerk wird eine paritätische Vorsorgekommission bestellt.
2. Die Vorsorgekommissionen entscheiden im Rahmen der vom Verwaltungsrat festgesetzten Grundsätze über die Verzinsung der Sparkapitalien.
3. Im Falle einer Unterdeckung beschliesst die Vorsorgekommission die erforderlichen Massnahmen zur Wiederherstellung der vollen Deckung.
